We are seeking professional, personable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Front Desk Concierges in Dallas. This role is ideal for candidates who take pride in presentation, enjoy engaging with residents and guests, and consistently deliver high-quality hospitality in a luxury residential environment. This position may require evenings, weekends, and holidays based on property needs. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and effective under pressure
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to listen actively and respond promptly to resident and guest needs
  • Minimum of two years of hospitality, customer service, or upscale residential experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Neat, polished, and professional appearance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or upscale customer service preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-level service

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk during assigned shifts
  • Deliver an elevated resident and guest experience through attentive and anticipatory service
  • Answer phones, manage messages, and maintain professional telephone etiquette
  • Accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
  • Monitor lobby activity and security cameras as required
  • Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • Assist residents with amenity requests, local recommendations, and service coordination
  • Build positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and property staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
