About The Position

The Front Desk Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a condominium community. This position provides excellent customer service, maintains building security, and assists with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain building security.
  • Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ability to answer telephone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly.
  • Ability to maintain visitor and vendor sign-in records.
  • Ability to monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity or emergencies.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, logs, and incident reports.
  • Ability to ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Pompano Beach area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring security procedures are followed.
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly.
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail.
  • Maintain visitor and vendor sign-in records.
  • Assist residents with requests, concerns, and general information about the property.
  • Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity or emergencies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff, property management, and contractors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and incident reports.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
