About The Position

This is a highly patient-facing position and a vital part of our clinic’s success. You will be the welcoming voice and smile that introduces patients to the benefits of routine chiropractic care. You’ll confidently educate patients on membership options using supportive, ethical sales techniques that focus on value and long-term wellness. In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will assist with basic clinical support such as measuring blood pressure and preparing patients for their visit. You’ll help maintain accurate digital records, manage scheduling through our online portal, and ensure each patient experience is smooth, professional, and positive from check-in to check-out. This role blends customer service, light clinical assistance, and membership sales — and is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and performance.

Requirements

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
Comfortable discussing memberships and guiding patients toward care plans
Thrives in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment
Communicates clearly and confidently in person and over the phone
