The position requires performing guest registration, room assignments, and accommodating special requests. It also involves processing reservations, handling guest inquiries, managing billing, and resolving guest complaints to ensure satisfaction. The Front Desk Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism, and adhering to front desk metrics.
