About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining building security, monitoring visitor access, handling resident requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Requirements

  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Pompano Beach area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and control building access according to security procedures.
  • Verify visitor identities and maintain visitor logs.
  • Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and resident correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from residents and visitors.
  • Assist residents with service requests and communicate concerns to management.
  • Coordinate access for contractors, maintenance personnel, and vendors.
  • Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established building procedures.
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas presentable and organized.
  • Support property management with administrative tasks as needed.
