Fitness Desk Attendant
About The Position
Prestonwood Country Club is now hiring Front Desk Attendant to join our Fitness Center team! This is a Part-Time position requiring flexible schedules for AM (6am-12pm) shift with occasional PM shift (12pm-4:30pm). We are a privately owned and operated country club nestled inside Preston, a premier residential community located in the heart of Cary, NC. The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for front desk services maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and guests.
Requirements
- Display excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.
- Show excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Illustrate and promote attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Screens members verifying member / guest status
- Answers telephone, takes messages and transfers calls
- Directs members to appropriate staff / schedules appointments
- Answers questions about hours of operation, check in policy, guest fees, swim team and other scheduled events.
- Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.
- Keeps reception desk neat and clean.
