About The Position

BEST WESTERN CORAL HILLS is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant to join their team. This position offers competitive wages starting at $15.00/hr+ (Depending on Experience), with opportunities for raises and commissions based on performance. The role involves managing guest reservations, processing transactions, coordinating with hotel departments, and maintaining the front desk and lobby areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, reliable, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Identify & overcome guest issues quickly and attentively

Responsibilities

Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, and complete reservations online & over the phone
Processing credit card & cash transactions
Effectively coordinate with all other hotel departments to provide Superior Service
Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops
Maintaining Front Desk and Hotel Lobby clean and organized. Weekly deep cleaning assigned
Doing property & pool checks
Occasional package shipment or receiving
Manage incoming guest calls and reservations
Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability
Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc.
