The School of American Ballet (SAB), the official training academy of New York City Ballet, seeks a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant to support the daily operations of its vibrant community of over 500 students, ages 6–18. The school also houses more than 60 students in its on-site residence hall. This is a September–July position. Shifts are scheduled during operational hours, approximately 3:30 PM–8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:30 AM–4:00 PM on Saturdays. Flexibility to cover additional hours as needed is preferred. Serving as the first point of contact for students, families, and guests, the Front Desk Attendant plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment. This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. This is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Manager of Operations, Executive, and Board Affairs. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
