About The Position
This position is a shared position between the Rockland Harbor Hotel and Hampton Inn Thomaston. At MCHG we pride ourselves on Positively Impacting the Lives of our guests and associates. Requirements
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with a positive empathic attitude.
- Proficiency with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and other web based applications.
- Flexible scheduling as this position includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
