Part-Time Front Desk Associate - Brentwood
About The Position
Myo is hiring a part-time Front Desk Associate for its Brentwood clinic in Los Angeles. The associate will be among the first people clients meet and will help create an elevated, seamless experience in a fast-paced, wellness-focused clinic. The role supports clinicians and day-to-day clinic operations while welcoming and empowering clients. Myo provides modern physical therapy and related care through a team of physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. The company’s mission is to raise body IQ globally and help people move and feel better. The role is intended for someone available to work two shifts per week: Monday morning, 6:45 a.m.–1:45 p.m., and Thursday afternoon/evening, 1:30 p.m.–8:15 p.m. The posted pay range is $20.50–$22.50 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Passion for delivering great client experiences.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining the work environment.
- Confident communication skills, including the ability to explain services and their value clearly.
- Business-mindedness and an understanding of booking and client flow.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver on-brand client service through phone, in-person, and written communication.
- Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging.
- Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists.
- Handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation accurately.
- Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day to day.
- Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
