About The Position
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Stone Oak (281N & TPC Parkway), is seeking an energetic and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team! This position is designed for people who are interested in learning about the wellness industry and growing in their career. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience. Hand & Stone’s focus is on creating an experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations. Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience
- Great personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about sales and working with people
- Can bring energy and enthusiasm to the table
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
- Exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Spa experience is a plus, but not required!
