Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
Strong people skills to engage and connect with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous work approach with a dedication to cleanliness and a proactive attitude.
A passion for skincare and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Able to work this schedule: F riday 11:30am-8pm ,?????? ? Saturday 8:30am-5pm, Sunday 8:30am-5pm, Monday 2pm-8pm

Responsibilities

Educate and inspire customers to experience all Dermalogica concepts, focusing on FaceMapping and increasing retail product awareness.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships by delivering personalized skincare advice and solutions.
Achieve personal key performance indicator (KPI) goals and collaborate with the team to accomplish overall goals and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up, ensuring each customer feels a
Meet monthly and yearly retail and service productivity expectations.
Utilize FaceMappings, Skin Lessons, and other Dermalogica concepts during skincare consultations on the retail floor.
Collaborate with the Lead Skin Therapist to learn Dermalogica Protocols for Pro30 and Pro60 treatments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products, technology, ingredients, and treatments in the skincare industry.
Maintain store policies, cleanliness, and organization.
