About The Position

Provides support to front office operations by assisting with reception tasks, greeting visitors, and helping create a welcoming environment for children, families, and community members. Assists with answering and routing calls using a multi-line telephone system. Supports administrative functions through data entry, record maintenance, and general office tasks. This is a volunteer position. As such, no wages, compensation, or benefits are provided. Nothing in this document is intended to create or imply an employment relationship, express or implied.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in an administrative support role
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and data entry
  • Ability to operate or learn a multi-line telephone system
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report (paid by the volunteer)
