As a Front Desk Associate, you will ensure an exceptional studio experience by delivering premium customer service, supporting teachers and students, and keeping a clean, consistent, and welcoming studio environment. This role is central to elevating student experience, driving retail and rental revenue, and ensuring operational consistency across all classes and studio traffic levels. This role strengthens the CorePower in- studio experience by creating consistency, increasing operational reliability, and elevating how we serve our students to drive student satisfaction, retention, and sales. The role ensures the front of studio experience reflects CPY’s brand standards of care and service for our students and team members.
