About The Position

Action Property Management, a leader in community management with a legacy spanning four decades, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate to join their team at The Infinity, a luxury association located in San Francisco. The role involves representing the company and association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators, monitoring lobby activity, maintaining access control, and providing concierge services. They will also be responsible for completing a Daily Activity Report, answering and directing phone calls, receiving and distributing resident parcels, and addressing resident and guest concerns. A strong understanding of the association's governing documents is also required.

Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude
  • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
  • Proactive customer service approach

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred
  • Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction
  • Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Complete Daily Activity Report
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the association's governing documents
