Greeting and assisting visitors or guests with a friendly demeanor. Answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally. Creating and modifying guest reservations. Maintaining accurate records and logs of visitor details and activities. Handling cash transactions, billing, or other financial responsibilities if applicable. Receiving guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction or compensation. Registering hotel guests and assigning rooms. Understanding and following policies related to safety, emergencies, criminal activity, and suspicious activity. The second shift front desk clerk will be required to work weekends and holidays.
