Woodward Tahoe is a year-round world-class action sports facility located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, known for its fun culture. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for welcoming them, discussing facility and product offerings, and processing sales transactions. Your duties will include registering guests (in-person and phone), checking them in, maintaining guest records, ensuring liability forms are completed, and managing reservations and messages. You will also handle retail sales, stocking, and inventory management. This role requires collaboration with other Woodward teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and is a key position for guest interaction and engagement. We are looking for a strong leader who can contribute to a positive work environment and seeks professional growth.
