About The Position

This part-time role is ideal for a college or high school student who is passionate about dogs and building relationships with great dog parents. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for scheduling pups, safely transporting pups between the front and back of the Scenter, and ensuring a great client experience. The position is paid hourly but has performance incentives. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow their skillset. Scenthound is a wellness-focused dog care company on a mission to help dogs live longer, healthier lives. Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions
• Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships
• A passion for dog wellness and safety

Nice To Haves

• Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Scheduling pups
• Safely transporting pups between the front and back of the Scenter
• Ensuring a great client experience
• Driving membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care
• Building strong relationships with dog parents and providing outstanding customer service
• Promoting and scheduling first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensuring dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for pets
