About The Position

CR Fitness is seeking Front Desk Associates to join their high-performance team at Crunch Fitness, a rapidly expanding fitness brand that fuses fitness and entertainment with a 'No Judgments' philosophy. With over 95 clubs open and more than 100 planned, this role offers significant opportunities for career growth, leadership development, and personal success. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first and last impression of the Crunch brand, responsible for creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service. This performance-based position involves engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience.
