About The Position
The Lash Lounge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for two of its high-traffic locations: Portland - NW 23rd and Lake Oswego - Windward. The role's primary focus is on providing an excellent customer experience, driving membership and retail sales, and fostering a positive work environment. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays at Lake Oswego, Sundays and Mondays at Portland - NW 23rd)
- Front desk experience, preferably in a beauty salon setting
- Customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MindBody software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
