About The Position

ImageCare Radiology is seeking a Front Desk Associate for their Wayne office. New hires must attend orientation at the Mount Olive office. This role involves representing ImageCare, interacting directly with patients, providing excellent customer service and patient care, and managing patient check-ins and necessary paperwork. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, possesses excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple responsibilities. Experience in the medical field is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Wayne, NJ before starting work.
• Must be vaccinated with the MMR and the yearly flu shot.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as representatives of ImageCare, interacting directly with patients.
