About The Position
The Front Desk Associate position at Hotel Park City, a member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, is responsible for providing warm, sincere, and friendly guest service experiences. This role involves answering guest questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a great stay for all guests. The ideal candidate will portray confidence, friendliness, and enthusiasm, along with exemplary guest service skills.
Requirements
- Must be friendly and outgoing.
- Must be good at problem solving and thinking on your feet.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends & holidays.
- Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- Prior hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
