About The Position

As a Front Desk Associate at our new Gold's Gym Buckhead flagship, you'll be the first face members see — and a key part of the premium experience that sets us apart. Requirements

Customer-service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Warm, clear communication.
Comfort with POS and basic computer tools.
Dependable and punctual.
Availability across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet every member by name and deliver a friendly, five-star check-in.
Answer questions, handle calls and inquiries, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas spotless and stocked.
Support club-wide cleanliness standards that drive our NPS on Cleanliness.
Book tours, support membership sign-ups, and refer prospects to the sales team.
Handle POS, retail, and supplement sales.
Complete light administrative tasks accurately and follow club procedures and safety protocols.
