They offer a complete menu of services including Brow Laminations, Lash lifts, Tinting, and Threading. The company prides itself on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of their guests’ natural lashes. The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions, offering services like eyelash extensions, refills, and threading. The salon aims to provide a retreat for women to rejuvenate and face the world with confidence. The company is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about their future and interested in working in the fastest growing beauty trend in the industry. The role involves providing an excellent customer experience, selling memberships and retail products, and booking clients, all while cultivating a positive work environment. A passion for sales and outstanding customer service is desired.
Requirements
- Preferred 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
- Professional phone etiquette

Responsibilities
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
