About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent for overnight shifts. This role is crucial in providing an enjoyable and positive experience for guests from arrival through departure, overseeing parts of their stay and ensuring each experience is unique and unforgettable. The ideal candidate will support the dynamic front office team and embody the company's commitment to luxury with genuine heart and the Golden Rule.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in Front Desk or Front Office
  • Possess strong communication skill
  • Adaptive to constant change within the resort
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register resort guests
  • Explain accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
  • Check guests out of resort, prepare and explain bill
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve customer satisfaction
