About The Position
The Front Desk Agent position at the San Vicente Bungalows is a hybrid hotel and restaurant position in charge of providing a world class experience from the time the guests enters the club to the time they depart. They are responsible for cultivating individualized relationships with our VIP members and guests while also prioritizing the organizational duties of the front desk.
Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate
- Must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Must be able to sustain composure, remain calm, and possess a positive attitude
- Must be service oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to follow directions with focus to detail, speed and accuracy
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to work well under time constraints and remain calm
- Must have the ability to input data in the POS system
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language
- Must be able to exercise confidentiality and discretion.

- Must be able to have a flexible schedule, work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls with confidence and professional verbiage
- Takes restaurant reservations accurately and efficiently
- Works quickly with the Jonas and Jonas Activity Management systems
- Puts work orders, service requests and maintains logs books in Alice Hotel Systems
- Memorizes 5 outdoor areas of service, to seat guests efficiently and promptly when they arrive
- Ensures all rules of the club are understood and followed by all members and guests prior to entering the club
- Acknowledges guests’ needs, anticipates guests’ needs and always responds promptly to maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Informs manager of any guest complaints, requests or problems
- Maintains an organized and clean work area
- Follows all safety and sanitation procedures that pertain to the job in relation with COVID-19 and the CDC guidelines
