Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a Front Desk Agent. Front Desk Agent – TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection | Sunnyvale, CA Where Luxury Meets Innovation TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, is Silicon Valley’s only AAA Four Diamond Marriott property. Opened in 2022, we bring a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality—offering guests an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn. We’re seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as Front Desk Agents—key players in delivering a welcoming, memorable, and seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Love creating human connections and personalized experiences
• Thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
• Communicate clearly and confidently—both in person and over the phone
• Bring positive energy and professionalism to every interaction
• Are detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Have customer service experience

Nice To Haves

• experience with hotel systems is a plus
• hospitality background preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Facilitate check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and poise
• Act as a knowledgeable concierge—sharing hotel features, local insights, and personal recommendations
• Resolve guest needs with empathy and creative problem-solving
• Collaborate with Valet, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure a flawless stay
• Handle payment and room assignments with accuracy and discretion
• Represent the TETRA brand with pride and service excellence
