We’re seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as Front Desk Agents—key players in delivering a welcoming, memorable, and seamless guest experience.

• Love creating human connections and personalized experiences

• Communicate clearly and confidently—both in person and over the phone
• Bring positive energy and professionalism to every interaction
• Are detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Have customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Facilitate check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and poise
• Act as a knowledgeable concierge—sharing hotel features, local insights, and personal recommendations
• Resolve guest needs with empathy and creative problem-solving
• Collaborate with Valet, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure a flawless stay
• Handle payment and room assignments with accuracy and discretion
• Represent the TETRA brand with pride and service excellence
