Hotel Citrine, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is a vibrant, design-forward hotel in Palo Alto where sustainability, style, and Silicon Valley spirit converge. It features 150 eco-conscious rooms, an energized Wild Onion Bistro & Bar, a heated saline dipping pool, fitness center, and pet-friendly spaces. Coury Hospitality manages the hotel, focusing on collaborative excellence and unique guest experiences. The Front Desk Agent role is crucial for creating memorable first impressions and delivering seamless guest experiences, embodying warmth, attentiveness, and curiosity, and reflecting the hotel's commitment to sustainable hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with energy, enthusiasm, and personalized attention
- Manage check-in and check-out processes with precision and grace
- Serve as an ambassador of both the hotel and local community
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with creativity and care
- Collaborate with departments across the hotel to exceed guest expectations
- Accurately manage room assignments, billing, and guest profiles
- Reflect the hotel’s commitment to sustainable hospitality in every interaction
