About The Position

Key West Historic Inns is seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in creating memorable experiences by providing warm hospitality and personalized service. In this role, you will welcome guests, assist with reservations, process check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay. Requirements

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; hotel Front Desk experience is a plus.
Experience with hotel property management systems such as StayNTouch, Opera, or similar PMS platforms preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
