Requirements

• Enjoy engaging with new people every day with constant warmth and a smile.
• Be the key person to ensure hotel guests are well taken care in an efficient and organized manner.
• Can lift linen bundles that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Pride in organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all initial guest interactions, including, but not limited to check in/check out; problem resolution, delivering an award-winning service to every guest, every time.
