The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards. Duties include checking guests in and out, following checklists, running reports, handling cash and other payments, and making reservations for walk-ins. The agent will also effectively communicate guest requests to other departments and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome.
