The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front office related functions according to the standards set forth by management. A high standard of service and hospitality must be maintained at all times. This role requires responsibility to guests and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The agent will register guests, process payments, respond to guest requests, promote hotel services, resolve guest complaints, book reservations, and handle departmental accounting.
