About The Position

The Front Desk team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Front Desk Agent, you’ll welcome guests to the property, provide exceptional guest experiences at check-in, during the guest’s stay and on departure. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has a high level of detail, and has dedication to serving our guests. You’ll be part of a team that balances high service volume with a strong commitment to thoughtful guest experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
• Essential ability to quickly and positively establish rapport.
• Cross cultural sensitive and customer service orientation.
• Previous experience with Opera PMS is an asset.
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and orally.
• Valid work authorization for Canada

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guest will be in person and by phone.
• Resolves guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests
