Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests
- Complete check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Process payments accurately
- Respond to guest questions and requests
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Keep the front desk and lobby professional and welcoming
