Showboat Resort is conveniently located on the Atlantic City boardwalk just feet away from the Atlantic Ocean. The resort features a beautifully renovated pet friendly hotel featuring 852 rooms, including walk-out balcony suites; 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting space; the world's largest arcade spread throughout the property which includes a 45,000 square foot indoor raceway. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems
  • Cash handling, billing and basic accounting skills
  • Hospitality training or prior hotel front-desk experience
