The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and communicating cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. This role also involves assisting in pre-registration and blocking of reservations, accurately posting all charges, and managing cash handling. The agent will maintain a complete working knowledge of the Front Office computer or manual system, including all daily transactions and those performed less frequently. Additionally, the agent will handle reservations, cancellations, and relocations, and must be able to take same-day reservations efficiently.
