Responsibilities

Be thoroughly acquainted with all check-in procedures and policies.
Be thoroughly acquainted with all check-out procedures and policies.
Be thoroughly acquainted with all reservations procedures and policies.
Be familiar with guest scenarios.
Be familiar with all technical equipment as related to the Front Desk.
Be familiar with all hotel facilities.
Be familiar with the inter-relationship between the different departments.
Be familiar with Guest Services functions in order to assist Guest Services during peak times.
Be familiar with PBX functions in order to assist with incoming calls.
Accept other special duties as required by management.
Work with Front Office Manager in order to ensure consistent completion of daily shift checklist.
