The Front Desk Agent will greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. This role involves assisting in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary, accurately and efficiently posting all charges, and managing cash handling. The agent will also have a complete working knowledge of the Front Office computer or manual system, hotel rates, discounts, reservations procedures, and cancellation/relocation procedures.
