As one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for every stay. From welcoming arrivals to handling departures and everything in between, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless, memorable guest experiences from the very first day we open. Opening a hotel is a rare opportunity—one that doesn't come around often. As a member of our opening team, you'll help shape the culture, establish our service standards, and create the experiences that will define Hotel Vin Rogers from the very first guest. Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Front desk or hotel experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel systems.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
