The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing superior guest services, including check-in/check-out of hotel guests courteously and efficiently. This role involves processing all payments according to established hotel requirements and providing information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. The agent must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. They will also handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, adhere to payment and cash handling policies, generate daily reports, and resolve discrepancies with Housekeeping. Other duties as assigned.
