Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
Familiarity with hotel management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of guest service, ensuring all interactions are friendly and professional.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records at the front desk.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
