About The Position

Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orem. Position is part-time, every other Sunday, shift is 7am-3pm. Must have flexible availability, be willing to pick up at least 2 additional shifts a month (on-call) and have hotel experience. Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming
Flexible availability
Willing to pick up at least 2 additional shifts a month (on-call)
Hotel experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates
