About The Position

We are looking for an upbeat, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team! This position is approximately 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts/hours based on business needs and availability. Weekend availability from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM is required. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be one of the first and last impressions our guests have of our hotel. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, takes initiative, and can provide warm and professional hospitality throughout every guest interaction.

Requirements

Previous hotel front desk, receptionist, or similar customer service experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM on weekends

Nice To Haves

Experience with Hilton PEP is a plus
Flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay
Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
Manage online and telephone reservations
Verify payment methods and credit card information
Register guests and collect required reservation information
Assign rooms and issue room keys
Provide accurate information regarding hotel rooms, rates, amenities, and local services
Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest needs are addressed
Assist with group reservations and special guest requests
Recognize opportunities to promote hotel services and amenities
Maintain accurate reservation, payment, and guest records
Complete front desk duties and shift responsibilities accurately and efficiently
