We need a Front Desk Administrator who sets the tone, protects the schedule, and keeps the office running at a standard of excellence. Your Mission Set the tone the moment a client walks in or calls. Keep the office running at a standard of excellence — clean, organized, calm. Greet clients with confidence, empathy, and a polished presence. Support attorneys and staff with quick, accurate, positive help. Guard the calendar by keeping all appointments on time — especially attorney schedules. Prevent chaos by staying ahead of delays, bottlenecks, and double-booking. Manage calls, documents, and office logistics with speed and no excuses. You control the flow. You set the pace. You keep the entire office moving smoothly. You’re the difference between a calm, flowing day… and a chaotic one.
