About The Position
Works together with the other front counter team members in order to serve guests with honor, dignity, and respect. This Team Member helps reach the restaurant’s vision. Restaurant Vision: To be the best restaurant in Tucson; that provides each guest with a “REMARK”able experience by serving fresh food, quickly, in a clean environment by a team that loves people.

Responsibilities
- Greets guests immediately as they walk through the door
- Immediately serves guest at register
- Core 4: Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak Enthusiastic, Stay connected
- Accountable for cash and coupons
- Keeps restaurant clean throughout shift
- Condiment stand stocked
- No trash on the floor
- No crumbs on the counters
- Trash cans not overflowing
- Practices cost efficiency for food, condiments, and paper items
- Able to work at least 3 Saturday’s each month
