About The Position

We are looking for a Front-Counter Sales Representative who will strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers and respond to inquiries. This role involves providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, and acting as a product and service expert.

Strong communication skills.

Passion for the automotive industry.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrated understanding of the automotive/ related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
Willingness to be active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb. tires around as needed.
Safety conscious, wear required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
Legally eligible to work for any Canadian employers.

Nice To Haves

2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
Answer incoming calls while handling customers' inquiries, concerns, or questions.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
Provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.
Enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems with efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills.
Be cross-trained for increased versatility and team contribution.
Effectively resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
