About The Position

We are looking for a Front-Counter Sales Representative who will strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers and respond to inquiries. This role involves providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, and acting as a product and service expert.

Nice To Haves

2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles.
Demonstrated understanding of the automotive/related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
Ability to lift 30-50 lb. tires.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
Answer incoming calls while handling customers' inquiries, concerns, or questions.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
Provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.
Enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.
Be cross-trained for increased versatility and team contribution.
