Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service at the counter
Listen to customers and understand their cleaning and garment-care needs
Carefully inspect and detail garments so orders are processed quickly and accurately
Answer questions and help resolve customer concerns
Make sure garments are properly identified, processed, and prepared for cleaning
Keep the counter and store organized and running smoothly
Build relationships with customers and create an experience that keeps them coming back
