About The Position
Expo is hiring for Front & Back of House positions. We are looking for individuals to join our team and will respond as soon as possible. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming customers, providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers and handling financial transactions (Front of House), maintaining a clean and organized front-end area, restocking dining areas, and following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not a requirement (only required for Cook position)
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately (FOH)
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Restock dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
